Celebrating 55 Years Building Cabinets in Texas

Since 1971 Burrows Cabinets has proudly built cabinets for Texas home builders, and in just a couple months we’ll celebrate 55 years in business! That’s more than five decades of craftsmanship, innovation, and service to the Texas home building industry and Texas families.

A lot has changed since our doors first opened in 1971. Home styles have evolved, materials have advanced, and technology has transformed how we design and build. But through the years one thing has never changed. Burrows Cabinets has always had a singular focus: cabinets. And we’ve always built our cabinets right here in Texas.

From day one, every Burrows cabinet has been manufactured in-house at our Texas facility. We’ve never outsourced or imported cabinets. Every cabinet we deliver, whether for a small starter home or a luxury, custom home, is built locally by skilled craftspeople who understand Texas builders, Texas homes and Texas priorities.

That commitment to local manufacturing and singular product mastery gives builders confidence they’re working with a team of product experts who control the entire process from design and production to delivery and installation. It’s how we’ve earned our reputation for quality, service, and on-time deliveries for over five decades.

Evolving with the Industry

In 1971, cabinetmaking was a craft of hand tools, small equipment and local lumber. Today our facility uses advanced, CNC controlled machinery, engineered wood materials and advanced finishing systems to achieve consistency, precision, long-term durability and value.

Our EVRGRN engineered wood line pairs the natural look of woodgrain with the performance of modern materials, similar to the way countertops and flooring have evolved. They look incredible and stand up to daily use! This reflects the way Burrows Cabinets continues to evolve, while keeping craftsmanship and quality at the center of everything we do.

We’ve expanded our product line to include both frameless and face frame cabinet construction, hundreds of door style, material and finish combinations and a complete, turn key cabinet solution designed specifically for Texas home builders.
